Knowledge Test Results (with endorsement if re-test)

Pilot Logbook with Instructor Endorsements (61-65H) FAA Form 8060-5,

Notice of Disapproval (if applicable)

Letter of Discontinuance (if applicable)

Scenario: Your friend is getting married. You just started a new job so you are very limited on you vacation time. For this reason you decide to work the morning of the wedding and fly to the wedding as soon as you get off. You can leave your job early on Friday and the wedding begins that Friday night at 7 pm.

Pilot - 170lbs

2 Passengers - 170 lbs

Baggage - 100lbs

Scenario: You are flying a close friend home for a funeral. He owns a plane and is working on his license but wants you to take his sister and him from your home airport for the funeral.  

Pilot - 180lbs

2 Passengers - 130 lbs

Baggage - 90lbs 

Commercial Pilot

KORL to KMSY

Scenario: You are asked to fly a friend and his son to a business meeting. He let his certificate go out of currency so he will pay you to fly them in his plane.

Pilot - 200 lbs

Passenger 1 - 190 lbs & Passenger 2 - 180 lbs

Baggage - 100lbs 

Initial Flight Instructor

No scenario required.

It will be a long day. We will break regularly and plan to get a meal. Come prepared with lesson plans.

I will advise what you will be teaching during the briefing and give you time to prepare before each particular lesson.
