Tips

Can my aircraft with two G’5s count towards the TAA requirement of 61.129?

Updated: YES. New guidance from above allows for this.

Be prepared!!

This should be a no brainer but its not. Come with the aircraft documents, your documents and everything else requested and required all ready.

Look the part!

Don’t show up to your checkride in jeans and a tank top. Look professional. That doesn’t mean you need to wear a suit and tie but you do need to look clean and tidy.

Don’t make the examiner wait!

Preflight the aircraft early! Things like fuel and oil should be done before the examiner ever gets there!
